Drafting/Design
Pytha 3D Cad System – Adlard Joinery use the most advanced 3D CAD System in joinery production. We directly employ our own dedicated team of CAD Pytha drafts people to develop and set out our manufacturing drawings.
Each Pytha operator is responsible for their own projects, from setout, site surveys, producing shop drawings for approval, ordering project specific materials to delivery and site installation.
The Pytha CAD System allows us to provide our clients with detail, precision and desired end results each time. Our Pytha Team have complete freedom to model any shape and effortlessly modify the design.
Pytha 3D CAD System
The Pytha software provides clients with the opportunity to preview the final product and ensure it meets their specific needs before any manufacturing commences.
This eliminates project defects and last-minute alterations. The Pytha Software communicates directly to our CNC machines on the shop floor and delivers efficiency and precision.
Manufacturing
Once the Shop Drawings have been produced and approved the final design will be transformed into a digital format to be read by our CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment and the manufacturing process begins.
Highly skilled trades people work on joinery items ready for dispatch and installation. Our Joinery process will endure many quality controls to meet the expectations of our clients and other stakeholders.
Installation
Our Installation Team are employed directly with Adlard Joinery. The Installation Team are involved in the project from the start to ensure the project is installed to its highest quality. We pride ourselves with being defect free at the end of each project making handover seamless.
