Monash IVF’s facility was a detailed design and build. Sense Projects were engaged by Monash IVF to construct their new Flagship Clinic in Sydney’s CBD. The project involved a 1200m2 commercial space conversion to a day Hospital. This commercial space required changes from Class A (commercial space) to Class 8 (Laboratory) and Class 9A (Health and Services Facility) which consists of a Day Hospital and an Operating Theatre + Laboratory.

Sense relished this opportunity, and with assistance of The Department of Health’s consultants, Erbas Engineering and Greenbox Architecture, they were able to take the initial concept design through to a purposeful design facility that meets Monash IVF’s requirements. Joinery items installed by Adlard Joinery – Kitchen, Coffee Bench, Reception Curved Walls, Ultrasound Joinery, Utilities, Feature Lights, Day Surgery Reception Desk. Recovery Bedheads and Steccawood Wall Panels.
