General Manager
Geoff serves as Adlard Joinery’s General Manager, holding this position since 2010 and boasting over 40 years of industry knowledge and experience. His expertise spans residential fit-outs, retail, and commercial projects. Geoff effectively leads and manages a talented team, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality projects. His reputation and industry relationships position both him and the Adlard Team to participate in numerous bespoke projects. “Outside of work, Geoff finds happiness in traveling with his wife, as well as spending quality time with their two boys and dogs.”
Paula DeLuca
Administration Manager
Paula oversees all aspects of Adlard Joinery’s Finance and Administration, including accounts payable and receivable, job costings, time sheets, cash management, and general ledger. She provides strategic analysis for Senior Management to determine project profitability and prepares financial reports. Paula takes pleasure in problem-solving, offering timely analysis, and contributing to the team's efforts to grow the company. “Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, with camping being a top choice for weekend activities and she also has a passion for supporting the Rabbitohs.”
Peter Hofman
Business Development Manager
Peter possesses a wealth of industry knowledge and sales experience, accumulating over 36 years in manufacturing, production planning, purchasing, and interior design. He takes pleasure in meeting with individuals to understand their needs, allowing him to provide detailed designs and quotations tailored to meet their requirements. In addition to his sales role, Peter actively engages in marketing, showcasing his keen eye for detail and taking pride in the completed projects delivered by Adlard Joinery. “Outside of work, he enjoys the beach and cherishes moments spent with his family.”
Meet the ‘Set Out Team’
Dane Biddle
Dane is a practical thinker, trade qualified and very methodical. His 25 years of shopfitting experience allows him to set up and deliver a project with ease. Dane loves a challenge and offers his industry knowledge to the team and his projects. His logical approach is a valuable skillset that is admired by the Adlard team. “Outside of work, Dane enjoys Family holidays, the beach and playing footy with his kids.”
Rhys is the one & only original employee of the old John Adlard & Sons, Rhys completed his trade as a shop fitter in 2002 with John Adlard & Sons and had a desire for Set out & production planning. His eye for detail and expertise lead him to the Set out team and has over 13 years of experience in set out. Technical detail is Rhys’s specialty. “Outside of work, Rhys enjoys live theatre.”
Rhys Johnston
Ian is energetic and focused, he has his eye on the end game. Ian is a qualified Shop fitter. He has 28 years of industry experience under his belt. Ian is always keen to collaborate with all parts of the business to get the best results. With 25 years of set out and pytha knowledge, Ian plays a vital part of the Adlard team. “Outside of work, Ian is a proud devoted dad to his 3 daughters.”
Ian Sponberg
Michael is our “can do man.” He likes things to be in order & leaves no stone unturned on any of his projects. He creates structure and thrives on detail. The harder the detail, the more Michael shines. He has a shopfitting trade qualification and has been part of the set-out team for approx. 5 years. Not only is Michael technical, he also enjoys the technology side of Pytha – there isn’t much that phases Michael. “Outside of work, Michael is adjusting to life as a new Dad.”
Michael Schirripa
Nathan is the newest member of our set out team. Nathans disciplined approach to his work allows him self control and the ability to work efficiently. He likes to be organized and prepares himself to keep his projects on track. Nathan is trade qualified in Cabinetmaking and Building & Construction. He has over 7 years of experience in set out and planning. “Outside of work, Nathan enjoys going to the Gym and keeps fit running with his dog.”
